Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

If the meal delivered is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.

If the meal is damaged during delivery.

If we are unable to deliver the meal due to unforeseen circumstances and you wish to cancel.
Process For Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@lunchdabba.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and notify you within 2 business days whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
Non Refundable Situations

Meals that are delayed due to traffic or other unavoidable circumstances but still delivered.

If you change your mind after placing the order and the meal has already been prepared or dispatched.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
