Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • If the meal delivered is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • If the meal is damaged during delivery.

  • If we are unable to deliver the meal due to unforeseen circumstances and you wish to cancel.

Process For Refunds

  1. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@lunchdabba.com within 24 hours of delivery.
     

  2. We will review your request and notify you within 2 business days whether your refund is approved.
     

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.

Non Refundable Situations

  • Meals that are delayed due to traffic or other unavoidable circumstances but still delivered.

  • If you change your mind after placing the order and the meal has already been prepared or dispatched.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
